Turns out: ad fatigue and lack of urgency were the biggest culprits. My winning creatives? Stale. And I hadn’t injected new ones in over a week.
2. I Reconnected With My Why
I looked at old customer reviews. I reread DMs from people who gifted our products and said, “He cried when he opened it.”
That reminded me: I don’t sell items—I sell moments. And when I focus on impact, the money follows.
3. I Stopped Guessing and Let AI Do the Heavy Lifting

Auto-prompt to write urgency-based ads in 3 tones
Creative calendar reminders for weekly injection
Retargeting sequence audit (with updated CTAs)

That’s when I realized:
