Hi, I’m Shane… and I built a business that almost broke me.

I was once the classic overwhelmed entrepreneur.

Doing everything.
Scared to delegate.

Scared to stop.
Waking up in panic over zero sales.

Obsessing why my Ads are not converting.

Feeling guilty when I wasn’t working… and exhausted when I was.

I didn’t come from a family of entrepreneurs.
No one taught me how to run a business.
I had to figure it all out: the hard, messy, lonely way.

Meta Ads, social media, accounting… these were all a burden to me.
But I couldn’t run away from them.

Until I discovered the power of AI.

But before we get there… here’s my story.

2012 – Started my first business selling cookies and personalized wallets to my college classmates. I made a few pesos. But it felt like magic.

2014 – Became an office admin at my alma mater. A stable job. Still had a quiet voice whispering, “What if…”

2015 – Moved abroad. Worked in the busiest airport in the world. Learned how to be independent. Learned to save. Learned to dream bigger.

2017 – That quiet voice kept calling. I went back home and used all my savings to start my first ecommerce business. FAILED. ₱0 earned.

2018 – Drowning in debt, I took online jobs to survive. I learned ecommerce by serving clients. I built skills the hard way.

2019 – Moved to a new city. Started 3 businesses in one year. All failed. All ₱0. I questioned everything. But I didn’t quit.

2020 – Tried again. This time, something clicked. People actually wanted what I was selling. Even if the pandemic hits.

2021–2022 – The business grew, slowly. But I was still freelancing on the side, afraid the business might collapse at any moment. Burnout became my default.

2023 – Realized I couldn’t do it all. I hired my first team. Still felt like I was drowning. Systems were messy. My brain was on fire.

2024 – I discovered AI. Not as a trend, but as a teammate. And everything shifted. With AI in my corner, my sales 10Xed in just a few months.

2025 - Now, I use AI for my ads, social media, accounting, even my mental health.

I feel lighter. Calmer. Happier. More present.

And most importantly… I finally feel like I’m not doing this alone anymore.
